None of these reports or plans will see the light of day, the courts will eventually shut these ideas down, even if it has to go up to SCOTUS, there is no way you can tax groups based on race
Asheville has no middle class. There are no jobs in Asheville for young people. There is a trustafarian class of trust fund kids endowed by there parents. There a class of people who are retirees from the Northeast and Florida.
No middle class in Asheville. Service industry city. And, it did not used to be that way.
Now, there are young people who are not trust fund kids who chose to live in Asheville, but their economic prospects are bleak.
