On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher quipped that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) sent the message to migrants “if you come here, you will get a free plane ride to a wealthy island.” And that the trip the migrants took sounds like the cruise he got his parents. Maher also jabbed President Joe Biden for accusing Republicans of using people as props by stating that when Biden said that, “all the Marines lined up behind him agreed.”

Someone must have slipped a red pill into his Starbucks coffee. Whatever the reason it is good to hear him poke and mock leftist sacred cows.
Send 50 to a place like Martha’s Vineyard populated by 17000 and they become a virtue signaling curiosity for a day. Have 500,000 of them flood a poor border town of Del Rio of 13000 over a year and they become a catastrophe. DeSantis’ could have sharpened the message to these insulated elitists by siphoning more of the flood that sanctuary states incentivized to flood border states and have them overrun elite sanctuary jurisdictions so they could share some of the true misery they wrought on border states. The human condition dictates there comes a time when the virtue signaling ends and the outrage takes over. Just a matter of numbers

Maher understood at some point that as a white guy he could never satisfy the far left; the envy and resentment would never recede.
Maybe he understands most leftists don’t buy books (or pay for anything), and he wants to sell stuff.
The last thing anyone wants these illegals doing is aborting their offspring; THEY ARE BEING TRAFFICKED HERE SPECIFICALLY TO BRING AND/OR CREATE ANOTHER GENERATION.
Here in NJ our schoolyards are filled with the offspring of “replacement Americans” - legal or otherwise.
That’s about the third time this year that Maher’s gotten something right. I wonder what the deal is here!
