A big problem with solar is it produces plenty of voltage but not enough amperage to move the energy over long transmission line distances, its going to need help to move that energy

When the blackouts are felt in Malibu and Mountain View Rat Party Headquarters might take note.

++++++++++++++++++++=

Kind of similar to the illegal drop offs in NY, CHI, DC, MV, etc. Sometimes the only way for stupid people to learn (democrat voters) is through “hands on” experience.

I majored in finance in college. And it quickly dawned on me that my professors had no, nada, zero, zilch experience in the real world. They were nothing but theoreticians who believed 100% in their theories.

Given the utter B/S that was being taught, I veered over toward the math-oriented courses which were devoid of B/S because, well, math is racist and unwilling to put up with it.

Long story, short, professors are ripe targets for peddlers of Marxism because they just love theories that look great on paper. And now academia is completely overrun with Marxists.

Not that surprising when we think about it.

And today, academia is pumping out steady streams of grads just like themselves. Lovers or theory. Marxists to the core.

Newsome giving advice regarding the grid is beyond hilarious.

He can barely keep himself from sticking his finger in a light socket.

Newsom answered, “Well, it’s ready to make the change. But it needs to advance that change with much more urgency, ...

I wonder if Newsom is aware that carbon dioxide has nothing to do with climate change?

He is ignoring another more powerful greenhouse gas that is 100 times more plentiful.

That greenhouse gas is water vapor. Look outside. See those clouds in the sky?

The other thing never talked about is what happens to the beautiful landscape vistas when the USA is covered with ten million windmills.

So true. I commented a few years back that the so called solar farms and wind farms are two of the worst eyesores yet created by humans. Visual pollution. And that's just the beginning of the problems these "farms" create, as you discuss further.

I recall when the green kooks went apoplectic over the ruined ocean view from a handful of offshore oil platforms in Southern California. How their tune has change!

It’ll get worse when there are a million offshore wind turbines. Will they ever let out a peep about that visual pollution?

What makes it even more richer is that California legalized all marijuana growing and usage, and growing marijuana requires tremendous amounts of electricity (for the grow lights). They did no the premise that it would eliminate illegal growing and California would grow rich off of the taxes. Of course what happened is tragically laughable. The illegal growers (mostly Cartels) outnumber the legal growers 50-1, and since California fired most of the sheriffs, then no one is around to enforce the law and get rid of illegal growing, and just when the Californians need electricity from the archaic grid, the marijuana growers are sucking all of it for their plants.

Yep, and a proposal for a wind farm off the Massachusetts coast was shot down also. That was to be near where some of the Kennedys and other wealthy families live.

academia is completely overrun with Marxists

I have three undergrad degrees. My most recent is a Bachelor's in Business with an accounting major and I agree with your sentiments.

Back in the 60s, communists starting pouring into teaching. Re "45 Communist Goals as entered into the Congressional Record" circa 1963, numbers 17-19:

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

It's a self-perpetuating delusion for these people with no end in sight.

So, do it already. Quit talking about it. I would love to see California make itself one of the poorest states in the union.

The whole idea is to take away the freedom of independent movement (transportation) from us sheeple so that we can be more easily controlled. IF the government can control energy, food, housing, etc., then they control all of us. That is what this is about.

And don't forget number 15: "Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States."

The commies can check that off their list.

Since the GOP has no strategy for fighting the Marxist Democrat Party, the alternative is to let its policies run their course to failure.

It looks like California is leading the way.
