The State, counties and towns can’t fix the potholes that gape across NY Upstate highways, and the budgets of counties are already way out of line. There is no more representation of the people who “pay” the bills.

Maybe we can sue to get money from Ukraine. Billions of dollars for them, a shoestring budget for what we want here.
