The news media is just having a field day showing how “welcomed” they were at Martha’s Vineyard and got the humane treatment they were seeking vs. the ‘inhumane’ DeSantis and interviewing Martha’s Vineyard residents...as they shipped them out of their neighborhood to a military base. Some of those people probably could have written a check to each of those migrants to have them set for life merely out of their surplus income (merely spare change to them) vs. shipping them off to a military base. Did they? I bet not.
Someone posted a picture of the islanders outside the church last night. They looked pissed they couldn’t just sweep this under the rug.
