So I read the article states Intergration caused whites to leave, then middle class whites, then no money.
So are they saying intergration,,, f.y.i Bussing was racist.

Blacks are being supported, puffed up and excused by whites (or is it the mainstream media). Blacks need to learn how to, in this case, run a city.
