Martha’s Vineyard has a LOT of rental vacancies since the summer season ended Labor Day. Fill them all, every last one of them.
That’s right. And I’m sure there are plenty of little bed & breakfast places and quaint little inns and of course, lots of beautiful private homes, so richly appointed , nice lawns, built in pools.
It’s paradise.
