Beautiful piece of legal footwork— all the information is privileged from a legal perspective, however also able to be used for the public (the same way these lying fibbies have been leaking all kinds of crap about them— most of which will prove false and expose the bad actors named in the tossed case against Russia Russia.

I’ve been saying this from the start. Oh, there were a lot of different reasons for the illegal raid, but one of the more important ones was to gather intelligence about Trump’s plans for 2022/24, identify and track his cadre, and provide that information to the Democrats so they could develop countermeasures. You can damn well believe that has already been done, regardless of whatever else happens.

Well, this is out of the news for the election, Trump wins this political ploy.

Trump did appoint her, and so far we’re seeing why; her fidelity to the rule of law.
The bias in what we are seeing resides with Merrick Garland. In cases much more minor than this he would seek the legal opinion and consent of the Office of Legal Counsel, (OLC), and their opinions are binding on him.
He did NOT seek their opinion, and ordered and approved the raid on Mar-a-Lago himself. That speaks volumes about the legality of what was done.
Garland is a disgrace to his office, and in my opinion, the judge is giving the DOJ far more deference than they deserve in this matter.
Let us hope the Reagan appointed judge conducts himself according to the law as Special Master.
He has been played by the DOJ and FBI in issuing unlawful FISA warrants against Carter Paige, so his fidelity to the law is questionable at this point. Or at leat it appears he has been a rubber stamp in the past...
