Wouldn’t it be sensible to declare his run for 2024 Presidency now? Many believe that’s more about money than anything else. If he declares now, his political war chest is subject to many more limitations than it is now.

He has as much as declared that he is running, without actually making the declaration! The advantage is that he completely avoids being hamstrung by campaign finance laws. A very Trump-like maneuver
