Putin attempts to FLOOD Zelensky's home city with missile strike on reservoir dam, forcing residents to flee their homes, as Russia takes revenge for battlefield defeats
Daily Mail ^

Eight Russian cruise missiles hit Karachun Dam near Kryvyi Rih late Wednesday

Strike damaged dam and pumping station, releasing water into Inhulets River

River burst its banks, sweeping away bridges while flooding streets and homes

It is just the latest Russian attack on civilian infrastructure amid its failing war

...

The water is now making its way downstream to Kherson, where it will likely damage or wash away pontoon bridges that Ukrainian troops are using to attack the city.

'Russian forces likely targeted the Karachun Dam to damage Ukrainian pontoon bridges further downstream,' think-tank Institute for the Study of War reported.

The attack comes 'in light of recent reports that Ukrainian troops are attempting to expand their bridgehead over the Inhulets River near Davydiv Brid as part of the ongoing Kherson counteroffensive,' it added.

".as Russia takes revenge for battlefield defeats..."

For Russians to suffer defeats, you'd think there would need to be Russian soldiers present, no??

There were no Russian soldiers present around Izium, just a small group of what you'd normally call rent-a-cops. Chickensshit hohos choose a basically undefended area to invade and still suffered signifiicant casualties. They didn't even get the pleasure of killing any of the rent-a-cops, Russian paratroopers pulled those guys out safely.

There is no media anymore, just war propaganda.

Pontoon bridges that UKR used to establish a bridehead have been washed away. Isolated bridgehead is now being poured by artillery.

That sounds like the missile strikes on the dam were effective

I see you are trying to confuse the trolls with the facts. My observation is that the trolls don’t care about reality. This all just an exercise in psyops theatre for them. The Russian withdrawal and redeployment from Kharkov reminds me of Willie Pep.

What people should be concerned about is the RF reaction to the US providing longer range missiles to the Zelensky regime. President Depends’ Neocons may start WW III.

And then you have fighting going on between Armenia and Azerbaijan at the same time. The former Soviet Union is becoming one unstable battleground.

Have you noticed the striking similarities between pro-covid vaccine propaganda and pro-Ukraine/Zelensky propaganda?

It goes something like this:

-The covid vaccines are the most glorious medications ever invented. There are no contraindications to the vaccines, and they produce no side-effects, in fact they even make death less severe. In order to rid the world of the scourge of covid, all of humanity must submit to yearly, monthly, nay, even daily vaccine boosters.

-Zelensky is the most glorious leader in world history. He is Washington, Churchill, Patton, Alexander the Great, Gandhi and the Dalai Lama rolled into one - the messiah. Ukraine is the most glorious nation on earth. The Ukrainian military has suffered little if any casualties since the beginning of the war, their military equipment does not break down and their generals make no mistakes. In order to rid the world of the scourge of Putin, the west must send billions of dollars to Ukraine on a monthly, weekly, nay, even daily basis.

Interesting, isn’t it?

I'll just toss this in...

While fake news was shilling Putin assassination by a car wreck, Putin was landing in Uzbekistan to cut deals with Xi

It is just the latest Russian attack on civilian infrastructure amid its failing war - Daily Mail propagandists

What the Daily Mail fabulists failed to mention is that the Ukie terrorists are cut off in their pocket on the east side of the Ingulets River.

A real punch in "The Gut" for the Ukie Orcs.

The fake was launched to offset Ze’s crash in Kiev.

Most of the time when you hear the ridiculous stories allegedly happening to the Russians it is likely a projection of the Ukrainian propaganda. No matter how weirdly it sounds, it it likely taking place, except not with the Russians.

We're supposed to feel sorry for the Ukrainians after its army shelled a nuclear power plant, has used civilians as human shields and has repeatedly targeted and killed civilians in Donetsk.,P> This wasn't an attack on civilians. It was a successful tactic that has entrapped thousands of Ukrainian troops:

https://www.moonofalabama.org/2022/09/ukraine-sitrep-hit-on-dam-endangers-ukrainian-troops-russians-defeat-more-counterattacks.html#more

The Ingulet river, which the dam restrained, flows mainly north to south through Kryvyi Rih (Russian spelling: Krivoi Rog, Кривой Рог) to then turn southwest before it ends in the Dnieper.

On its southwest flowing part it demarcated the border between the Ukrainian and Russian held territory. During the Kherson 'counteroffensive' Ukrainian troops had used pontoon bridges to cross the river and to attack on the southern side. The hopeless attack across bare steppe continued throughout the last days despite huge losses on the Ukrainian side.

The hit on the dam was not in 'revenge' but will raise the Ingulet river and speed it up. It will wash away those pontoon bridges. The Ukrainian troops south of the river will be without resupplies and more easy to defeat.

I support Ukraine and agree that it is in the US best interest to send heavy weapons to the Ukrainians, but I would be interested in what effect the flooding river will have on the Kherson offensive.
I do hope NorseViking and Kazan don’t waste everyone’s time by responding.

Yes.
It isn’t _just_ projection, either. Part of it is they only have one playbook and projection in a major portion, but they are iterative, not creative.

All those granular organizational charts of the UN, WEF, the 3rd Reich constrict their reflexes. They cannot react quickly or innovate, especially on the fly.

It explains the weird double/triple down the globos are famous for. They are already robots beholden to the algorithm of their playbook/script.
