I know the history of the Bundy’s because I have lived in Nevada for 23 years and followed their feud with the government since it began. I have been aware of Ammon’s “adventures” for a lot longer than he has lived in Idaho.

I don’t deal in cheap shots. It takes mind reading on both sides to make that determination. So, I also don’t deal in mind reading. I wouldn’t have a clue what the cheap shot is supposed to be.
As to the hero status of LaVoy Finicum, I agree. The way he became such was his friendship with the Bundy’s and their long standing issues with the BLM specifically and Government in General. You will also know that they made efforts to pay their grazing fees for years while the rogue Southern Utah office of the BLM was running amuck in their part of the country driving ranchers off their land to the point of the Bundy’s being the last working ranchers in that part of Nevada.
One can only wonder what “adventures” you are referring too, while the Bundy’s were up to their you know what in BLM alligators attempting to drive them off their land as they had succeeded doing with numerous others. There is a lot to digest but the roots of most of the trouble began with the Sagebrush Rebellion caused by the US Governments retention of large percentages of State Lands of the twelve Western States versus the Eastern States where an average of only five percent of State lands remained in Federal hands.
I seem to recall the Jarbidge road closure issue in Northern Nevada as an incident covered heavily on Freerepublic and attended by a much revered Freeper from Idaho. I believe it was the Jarbidge shovel brigade. One of many issues that were part of the Sagebrush Rebellion. It’s only going to continue as long as the US Government continues to abuse the States and “We the People” that should be Sovereign over the Fed rather than the other way around.
