There will be no “strategic reserves” left soon.
You can't drain an empty tank.
And the Dems WILL lose the mid terms on top of that.

You have it all wrong. Biden is emptying the SPR but he’s filling it back up with electricity.

In case of an emergency such as a war the military can fill up fighter jets with electricity and off we go.
