Yes. They park them in long stretches along the highways in Los Angeles and other California cities - most are absolutely broken down - have no idea how they got there in the first place.
Near where I work, there is a boat parked along the main road that a homeless person lives in.
The city comes in every once in a while and hauls them off - only to have them return with in days.
Ditto for freeway overpasses - a few days ago - I saw the city clearing one overpass of homeless tents and RVs - while homeless were busy setting back up on the next overpass.
i know nothing about RV’s except they are not cheap.
i’m probably thinking of something much too fine to be owned by a homeless drug addicted crazy person.
