The Washington Post Editorial Board is calling on Pennsylvania’s Democrat nominee for U.S. Senate, John Fetterman, to release his medical records and to engage in multiple debates with his Republican opponent Mehmet Oz.
Fetterman suffered a stroke in May and has struggled with his words at public events since. He has also been dodging a debate with Oz, who has committed to six debates. On Monday, the Post’s editorial board called on Fetterman’s campaign to release his medical records:
"The campaign’s response to questions about Mr. Fetterman’s health is to point to a doctor’s note, released more than 14 weeks ago, which said ‘he should be able to campaign and serve in the U.S. Senate without a problem’ if he takes his medications and exercises.
That’s not good enough. Mr. Fetterman is asking voters for a six-year contract without giving them enough information to make sound judgments about whether he’s up for such a demanding job. We have called for full disclosure of health records from candidates for federal office in both parties, including Donald Trump and Joe Biden, and we believe Mr. Fetterman should release his medical records for independent review."
Additionally, the editorial board is pressuring Fetterman to engage in more than one debate with Oz, noting that at least one matchup should be “before voters start casting their ballots.”

WE as a people CAN NOT let the Dems humiliate the nation with mentally unstable legislators for the world to see!!
Sorry, but I’m not making any exceptions... OZ is an abject TURD... I will not make some “exception” to replace a far more conservative traitor, with a less conservative one.. (and I am being gracious in even using the term “conservative” at all in relationship to OZ)
I have held my nose and pulled the lever for every crap candidate they have put up since 1989, and what has it gotten us? Nothing.... Why? Because, what is tolerated is what will continue... and I will not do it any longer.
They will always be able to make the argument “at least its not the other guy” no matter what.. .and that’s a non argument , and allows them to never ever change, because they don’t have to.... as long as I can convince you “the other guy is worse” I can put up whatever pile of crap I want... and OZ is the biggest, stinkiest, pile of dog crap of a candidate I have seen, I will NOT support him, because I am done with that game.

Republicans have controlled the state legislature (both houses) all but 4 years since 1995... Yet, would you say PA is doing great? Why Not? Because A good bit of the leadership are nothing more than uniparty hacks, and folks like you continue to just pull the lever for any piece of crap they present you with, even though for 24 of the past 28 years they have had complete control of the legislature... because “hey, the other guy would be worse”.
People of PA need to stop being cowards, and demand better, and if they don’t get it, flat out refuse to support crap candidates from their party. Until they do, NOTHING is going to change...
I have no desire to see democrats run the state, but that includes democrats who put an R by their name at election time.

I just don’t agree with the premise that somehow electing OZ will somehow stop the nation from being humiliated. Neither of these turds deserves to sit in the Senate.. it’s humiliating that this is the choice we are given, and regardless of who wins, that humiliation is going to happen.
I guess where we are just going to disagree is that, I don’t see OZ in any way stopping the leftward movement... Let’s just play a little hypothetical. OZ has already publicly stated he would have certified the fraudulent 2020 election. So if Trump run in 2024, do you think we won’t find ourselves in a situation similar to 2020? Where massive flagrant fraud is evident, and the election won’t wind up tainted and stolen? Particularly in PA... which was one of the absolute worst offenders and is doing nothing about it.
DO you think OZ is going to do anything to prevent another theft if he gets elected? He’s already stated he wouldn’t. So, given that, how in any way shape or form do you think OZ is going to stop any more humiliation or leftward lurching?
One of the biggest problems with voting for OZ is that, if he does win, he’s not going to be there for one term, unless he loses to the dem next time he’s going to linger and fester in DC for a minimum of 12-18 years, because he won’t get primaried in PA as a sitting Senator... the political structure of this state makes that an impossibility.
So if the D wins, can work to replace him in 6, if OZ wins you will be stuck making excuses and betraying your principles for 12-18 years....

If they are gloating they have NO PRIDE in this nation, if they make it possible for Fetterman to be seated they have NO PRIDE in this nation!! I absolutely believe that OZ is as liberal as they come AND if I lived in PA. I would vote for OZ realizing that I was voting for a Dem. HOWEVER Fetterman is disgustingly unacceptable, intolerable NO WAY should ANY person of this caliber EVER hold a senate seat EVER!! For those who have fought and died for this country we OWE them more than putting LOW LIFE SCUM like Fetterman in a senate seat!!
