I don’t think Russia is in any position to ‘demand’ anything from any other country and expect to get it immediately.
Even Germany is reverting back to using coal for energy, now that they are worn out by Putin’s ‘on again, off again’ fuel baiting strategies. If they actually got rid of Putin as their leader, that may get some cautious attention for a short while.
They got really pissed when they learned that Ukraine wants Russia demilitarized after the war.
Sure they are they can demand Ukraine take back all the land they tried to steal.
