It’s a perfect event for demented Joe. He just needs to stand or sit and have stupid look on his face, say nothing, perhaps shake a hand or two now that the pandemic is over (did they announce that yet?), and drool and nap.
As long as he doesn’t keep looking at his watch.
I read somewhere that watches are not worn to formal occasions for that very reason. You don’t want to appear that something else is more important.
