Maybe it’s like the military, you must follow all orders unless they’re unlawful orders. If you follow an unlawful order, you partake in the liability. I believe this reflects how far the medical profession has fallen away from Do No Harm. So many doctors are now part of corporate money-making schemes and antichristian globalist population control.

There are plenty of positions in the military that the line is drawn at the lower ranked individual: loadmaster, transportation joint inspector, security forces.
They have to flag and disobey unlawful orders more often than one might think.

The rule is you must disobey an illegal order, or an order that violates written procedures and may result in harm to personnel or equipment. As a nuclear operator on a Submarine, I could be prosecuted for following an order I knew would threaten reactor or ship's safety. Many enlisted men have been busted for those kinds of transgressions. This is nothing new.
