I would submit that the Denver city prosecutors are just the clean-up squad for the city's Antifa, like in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Charges against Antifa? Dismissed.

Someone interferes with Antifa [as in the article I linked above]? Charges against that person.

Or if Antifa assaults or murders someone? Charges dismissed.
