This should have been first:

“The way this system typically works is that voters rank candidates in order of preference. A candidate can win outright by receiving the majority of first-preference votes. If that doesn’t happen, the candidate with the fewest first-preference votes is eliminated, and voters who picked that candidate as their first choice will have their next choice counted. If there still is not a winner, then the candidate with the next fewest votes is also eliminated. This process continues with candidates eliminated one by one until one candidate has obtained a majority.”

I don’t know how it is Constitutional. Has it been challenged?

What you posted is why the Rats love “ranked voting”.

It’s completely obtuse and inexplicable. You might as well have a committee of witch doctors throwing down pig bones and chicken entrails.

ANYBODY can be announced as the “winner.” Or the “loser.”

See “Ranko-Voto” at #17.

And with our weaponized DOJ and FBI, we know what happens to people who actively challenge election results: they get an FBI SWAT Woke Gestapo raid at 4AM, and are perp-walked in their underwear in front of their neighbors for the CNN cameras.

Agreed, one man with as many votes as needed.
