Use USPS, I believe pricing is competitive even with recent rate increases, insurance and tracking are available, as well as restricted and delivery confirmation service.

Eventually congress will have to step in and establish some federal commerce laws to protect legal businesses. A fairness doctrine. There is something wrong with companies choosing to do business based on politics, which is what this is down to.
