One argument the climate changers never make is that any of the alternatives to reality can make a profit on their own, without some form of government subsidy or mandate. In other words, nobody wants to have it unless they have to have it.

There is a beauty in the free enterprise system, because profit motive is the purest of ambitions, and that better mouse trap has to actually work.

The CURRENT problem for Russia/China economic prosperity is shown in this map of Russian gas lines and LNG ports:

The dotted lines are pipelines planned but not yet built.

Note how much gas is fed into Europe.

If Europe isn't buying, Russia isn't selling.

They need money now.

Right now, China isn't getting that gas because the infrastructure doesn't exist so the Russians are burning it off by bushels of rubbles every day.

The good news?

I think the war in Ukraine is almost over and peace will be made.

Why do I say this?

Because Putin and Xi are smart men and deep down know that the price of conquering, let alone hanging onto parts of, Ukraine are not worth it and not going to happen. Failure is actually an option.

They'll just call it "Teaching the West a lesson."

Here's my suggestion Chuck - let's bring in 2 million 'bureaucrats' from India willing to work in DC for less than half current wages. Then pass legislation allowing all Government Departments to fire people based on being able to find cheaper replacements.

Then as icing on the cake - bring in 20,000 "news" journalists from India willing to work for one tenth what 'journalists' at NBC and MSNBC are being paid..It would bring down inflation - and that's all that matters, right Chuck Todd?

It'll bring down inflation in Washington - Washington with the wealthiest ZIP codes in the country. You'd give VP Harris a pass on that Todd, right? Gotta hit the working class to afford the big giveaways needed for elites' climate change drama, right?
