Well, I know that Kamala's shallow reasoning is shown when she uses the overturning of Roe as a sign of an activist Court. By definition the Court exercises power by abstaining from use of power. It defined its jurisdiction and power in Marbury by delineating what the Court has authority to do, and refusing to exercise powers beyond the Constitution. What the court did in overturning Roe was hand it back to the legislatures, and that has folks like Harris having a fit. They refer that an activist court overstep the boundaries in the Constitution and deliver their policy preferences from the bench.
