#9. Assuming Putin will live to stand trial. His thirty year rise to power has assassinations, apartment bombings, and dozens of border conflicts. He is a equal opportunity killer in a business suit. If Putin loses power and his prestige falls in Russian society, his driver will deserve a bonus every time he starts his car.
