Blacks comprise ~ 15% population. If you remove children under 12, the elderly, the incarcerated, etc, you get 1-2% of the black population creating havoc.

The recidivism rate of YBMs (young (14-44) black males) is several hundred percent. Basically, you can blame this on the completely failed criminal justice system enabled by white liberals, lawyers, etc.

I've said for at least a decade, we may see death squads formed in the US if we can't handle our criminals/traitors.
