My kid asked a friend to go the the Germantown Community Festival this weekend. Germantown is a wealthy suburb of Memphis.
The boy’s mother said they are not going out of the house unless they have to. This is in the “safest” neighborhood in the area.
Just wait until the Cooper-Young festival starts in a week.
