Evil. Stupidity of the low IQ sort has limits on the harm it can do.
But maleducated / high IQ foolishness is not so limited even when the ideology behind the foolishness is not expressly evil per se ... as opposed to the evil Marxist roots of most all that is the Left now that the old extreme Left is no longer extreme to them anymore.
