I call that “Come into my bedroom and sleep with me” invitation. As does everyone else who is sane and can actually read.
Or are you suggesting that nothing is blocking him just because he can enter into this deal regardless of it's ramifications?
Again, nothing is blocking Musk from taking over Twitter TODAY if he wants to.

Equivalent to a home seller suing a potential home buyer for refusing to do so after a home inspection reveals a false representation about a leaking roof and a faulty foundation.
Not saying whether his claims are true or not, but they are a roadblock.
