Joe Biden’s corrupt Justice Department on Thursday appealed Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling for a special master to review documents seized by the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago.
“Notice is hereby given that the United States of America. Defendant in the above-captioned matter, appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the order of the district court entered on September 5, 2022.” the DOJ attorney wrote.

The 11th Circuit currently has 7 Republican-appointed judges (one Bush and 6 Trump), 4 Democrat-appointed judges (1 Clinton and 3 Obama), and one vacancy.
So three judge panels voting on this issue looking good. And then an en banc ruling looks good as well.
But we'll see.
Of course, what are they hiding?
All it take is one Trump judge to defect. We all know how honest lawyers/judges are.

DOJ is Judge shopping as I write to find one who will give them what they want.
The judge who ordered the special master had pretty sound reasoning. The higher court would have to find fault in her thinking to overrule. Since this is the first time a president’s home has been raided, there is no precedent.
Judges like offloading their workload.
Ask any Supreme Court judge, or one of their clerks.
If the DOJ doesn’t like the results, it can ask the judge to look at any of the documents herself.
The Patent Office might have skilled lawyers with high level clearances.
Lockheed Martin might also have patent specialists with high level clearances.
For military stuff, JAGs could be used.
They’d rather do everything on the sneak and blame “national security” or “sources and methods” for keeping everyone ignorant, when the real reason is they’re corrupt swamp quislings who need to be dragged into the light.

The DOJ objects to a fair review of Trumps Documents because they are hiding
something. Why else would one object to an Outside Special Master?
Of course most Americans know the DOJ and FBI is corrupted and cannot
be trusted.

I am surprised they submitted to the court first. Why didn’t they submit it to NYT or WP first?
