Well he’s already headed for sentencing for “contempt of Congress” in October; I guess he’s appealing this.
He’s charged with 5 counts now of this Build The Wall stuff. He may or may not get out of this. . .I adore Steve Bannon so hopefully he is indeed not guilty and is found as such.

Generally, the only “sentence” for contempt of Congress, historically, has been to sit in jail until you comply with Congress, or until Congress gives up and lets you go. It’s not really like a normal crime where there are set sentencing penalties. At least that’s not how it was back when it was used in the HUAC hearings. Maybe it’s changed since then.
The only thing he’s guilty of is being an American patriot .
I read that not one wall donor came forward and complained or accused Bannon of anything.
He’s no more guilty than Eric Holder for the same offense and if Bannon is guilty should receive the same sentence.
