Cooper may be lazy and irresponsible to blindly accept what he is told. Kinda like that actor who took possession of a gun and assumed that it was not loaded. He killed someone. The first rule of gun safety, is when you have a gun in your possession, always assume that it is loaded.
Cooper would rather accept the drivel he is told to report than treat it as loaded and ask a few questions himself. Who is responsible for what his says? Does Cooper think that someone else is responsible for what he says? Maybe that person should get the pay.
So he’s the same as Biden and reads exactly what he’s given.
