I’ve also heard people of mixed Hispanic, French and maybe some Negro/Black ancestry called “creoles”. She does not look like she has Black ancestry to me-more like Native American, like most of us who are Hispanic-that is why most of us are technically mestizos-it is an ethnic mix-most Native Americans are Eurasian/Caucasian ancestry going back as far as 20,000 years or more.
Two of my cousins who live in the Miami area are married to Hispanic Blacks-one from Puerto Rico and the other brought to Miami as a child by parents escaping Castro’s Cuba by boat. None of their kids look like the girl in the article-their eyes don’t have that Eurasian slant, their hair is not so straight, rounder face, etc...

First, I would make positively sure he actually was the perpetrator and then I would put this animal in front of a firing squad or have him dangle from a rope. Not to mention that the parents had missed the boat with their daughter long time ago, she sure looks like she may have been adopted.
