They haven’t landed a single person on the moon yet but hey they have BIG plans to build a colony on the moon which won’t be self sufficient, requiring constant resupply from Earth and be of limited value if it’s established.
I’m a big fan of sci fi but the reality is that a moon base of any real size is still a hundred years or more away (if ever). Keep dreaming China it’s what your good at.

They won’t have economic lift capacity. Musk/SpaceX is on the right track in focusing on cost of kilograms to orbit as THE limiting factor for any plans off planet.
