The big winners taking away Russia’s former market share are Norway, the USA, Qatar, Algeria, the Netherlands and Azerbaijan. Egypt/Israel get honorable mention.

It's an open market. Think of who Russia is selling fuel to now, think of who they used to buy it from, and then ask yourself what that seller is doing with the fuel they are no longer selling to Russia's new customers. It'll take awhile, and there will be adjustments, but that market will stabilize.

There is also the option to increase usage of coal, which has indeed increased since this war began. And aside from fossil fuels, it looks like nuke is getting a boost as well.

Short-term, it's a PITA. But if they hang, it'll get sorted out.
