Except Liz Truss did NOT campaign on sending British troops to go fight in Ukraine. Nobody did.
Nor did she campaign on pumping more billions into Ukraine.
Her campaign was focused on the economy, high energy costs, high grocery costs, inflation etc. Stuff that the British voters are suffering from.
