One of the biggest fears these people should have is an armed population and the fact that most of their Blue support is in relatively un-armed cities.

There are a lot more vets walking around than you know. I belong to a small business networking group and have come to know a lot of the people there. A lot of them are vets of all branches, they just don’t talk about it. Add in all the Vietnam vets who still have a grudge.

A problem with high performance aircraft at speed is that small damage to the aircraft and it will tear itself apart.
That’s why the Thunderbolt II “Warthog” amazed so many pilots, because it could be shot all to **** and still make it home. The only Warthog pilot casualty in the Gulf War was from food poisoning.
In foreign wars, we do okay, because our airbase are a couple hundred miles away, and the pilots’ families are stateside. Meaning everyone involved in air assaults, other than the pilot are relatively safe.
No chance of houses being burned down in retaliation, or burning tires all over the highways.
Half the pilots (or more) would simply fly those planes to the other side. Then what? Also, someone needs to warn the moron that the best snipers in the world come from MAGA country.
