Vlads crippling of the West can still go two ways. The West can still stand in “ defiance” (suicide) OR admit failure and get negotiating with Vlad.
The state of panic in the EU and suffering of their citizens will at some point force negotiations OR there will be massive, historic unrest forcing EU regime changes. Either outcome, Vlad wins.
