If you look at the top level around him (say 100)...at least 50 are Obama players from before 2016. They might be fully loyal and wanting the current arrangement to linger.
It wouldn’t surprise me if 5 to 10 of the rest of these people are ready for a change and hastening the end of Biden...either by getting Harris in position, or to bring in Newsom in 2025 to reset the deck.

It's amusing in a way how the Democrats do everything in lockstep. Of course, they've been told that they must show a "United Front," but in reality it simply looks more and more like none of them are equipped with a thinking brain. Just members of the hive.
I'm guessing that "United Front" is going to begin to lose a few defectors from here on out. How can any self-respecting Democrat (if there are such things) support the ever-increasing madness of this "Administration" and continue echoing Kevin Bacon's cry in Animal House: "All Is Wellllll!"
