A speech like that isn’t something you just wing. That was something Biden and his administration prepared for and wanted out before the public. The sudden about face is the ‘just winging’ part. Hoping people will buy the soothing “I didn’t mean that” lie.
Dementia? Joe Hitler Biden is every bit as responsible for that speech as his handlers. I also think the dementia angle is bs.
