What an awesome “investigative reporter” Rather is. Everyone who’s paying any attention knows that CNN has been acquired by John Malone’s Discovery, and that Malone is a conservative who is committed to making CNN an actual news organization again. The fact that they’re having to fire virtually every on-air personality, along with scores behind the scenes, tells you how far CNN had drifted from anything approaching objective news reporting.
Does anyone even know what that looks like anymore? Ever since the election we have listened to NewsMax, but they are so caught up in their own version of fair and balanced that they forget that sometimes facts take you just one place. It's sort of like listening to a debate between Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Cinderalla. It may be fair and balanced but it has nothing to do with reality. For instance, they just don't get the whole Ukraine thing at all. They portray it as a simple tale of good vs evil rather than a modern day gangland war between a bunch of mafia families.
