The Senate Republicans re-election arm is launching new ads Friday in the crucial general swing states of Arizona and Wisconsin, which are home to key Senate races that may determine if the GOP wins back the majority in the chamber.
...
The spot in Arizona takes aim at former astronaut and Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly, who narrowly won the seat in a 2020 special election and whom the GOP views as one of the most vulnerable Democratic Senate incumbents on the ballot this year. Kelly is criticized in the commercial for his stances on border security and immigration - a top concern to voters in the state sits along the U.S.-Mexico border – as well as the combustible issue of legalized abortion.
"Kelly’s voted to keep our borders open to illegal criminals and to let them stay here illegally. Kelly voted to fund teaching our children woke racism and extremism. He even supports extreme last-minute abortions, right before baby’s birth," the narrator in the NRSC spot charges. "This is Mark Kelly’s radical, extreme, America. But you don’t have to live in it."
Kelly enjoys a large fundraising advantage over Republican challenger Blake Masters, as well as a single digital advantage in the most recent public opinion polls. Kelly topped Masters by eight points among registered voters in Arizona in the latest Fox News poll in the state.
Masters has been targeting Kelly repeatedly in recent weeks over border security and immigration, spotlighting the issue over others that the GOP emphasizes, such as inflation and crime, and the new NRSC ad continues that line of attack.

This simply should not be the case for him or any of our other candidates. Trump’s networking operation should not allow this. Zero, zero reason to voluntarily make candidates completely reliant on the establishment campaign orgs.
I know money greases the skids. But tv time is not the replacement for getting out and campaigning. They ( our candidates) need to get off their asses and hit it. Talk about the border, the economy, etc. Stop whining and get tough. Truthfully a lot of them suck. IMO
In Ohio, Ryan (D Senate) has been running adds for at least 6 months. Literally. More. Than. Six. Months. Straight. And still going strong.
I saw a few ads for Vance during the primary, and -nothing-, -zero-, -CRICKETS- since.
How bout mitch springing for some ads in GA & PA?
Trump has 130 million he NEEDS to open up the purse strings!!!
And they’re doing nothing in Georgia
TRUMP......GOP..... get rid of “Traitor, Turncoat, Mitch McConnell today......McConnell is weak, useless & ineffective!!!
>> Trump’s networking operation should not allow this
I love PRESIDENT Trump, but his “WinRed” “money machine” is a hot steaming pile of toxic fraud. I’ll bet 75% of the money it raises finds its way straight into the pockets of the filthy obnoxious scamming “consultant” punks that run it and are getting wealthy off of it. A pox on them and their “house”.
On the other hand, the enemy’s “Go Blue” or whatever the hell they call it seems to be a true grassroots machine with SERIOUS people SERIOUSLY engaged in raising and APPLYING money. I hate everything about the ‘rats but conservatives had damn well better figure out how to build a machine like theirs and RUN IT WITH INTEGRITY!!!
</soapbox>
I’ve heard that Trump’s been paying 4M a week in legal fees. I don’t know that he can afford to, and perhaps this was part of the strategy. The Uniparty could be trying to drain his finances so he can’t be a player in politics anymore.
They don’t seem to be doing anything to help out in NV either. It’s another Senate seat we could take back. The race is extremely close and right now, Adam Laxalt, the Republican, is in the lead by only a tiny bit.
I refuse to donate through WinRed.

I may be wrong, but the impression I got from all the winred solicitations I was getting, was that the loot all went to the RNC??
so, I figured none of the winred bucks ever got to an american first or MAGA candidate?
thanx for the clarification re: roots & evolution of winred, nick based on wikipedia’s info.
for some reason, I thought there was some contention between trump & RNC about the RNC using Trump’s image or likeness in their fund raising efforts.
I guess trump’s “re-election campaign” folded the tent around 1/20/20??
so, who’s getting the benefit of winred fund raising over the past two years??
I used to get a ton of solicitation from various named candidates across the nation (many of which I liked & hoped would win), and whenever I hit the button to make a small donation to a particular candidate, I found out I was not donating to that candidate & couldn’t specify my $ would go to my candidate, but the donations were pooled up and seemed to be divvied up by the RNC??
so, my rule now is to only donate directly to a candidate I like & I don’t send any money to winred
but, that’s just me.
what am I missing?
oops. sorry for using wrong name to address you, nervous tick. my bad
