Post 4 is half the answer. The ongoing war enables exponential levels of money laundering. Winning is not part of that plan.
The other half is: the would-be elites want the West to collapse so (they think) they can pick up the pieces and install their globalist government.
I don’t think it’ll work; even were the people to just roll over and accept slavery (which isn’t happening), it’d be such a crippled mess that BRICS would be dictating terms, not WEF or whatever.
