Over 3,000 Russians have been killed in the fighting so far—The Russians are losing and falling back, Ukraine is rolling forward and will take Crimea in days. Once it falls, Russians will shoot Putin and the New Peace Government sue for peace. It will be over before UN day in October.

50 years ago I was in the USAFSS (that was Air Force Intelligence back in those days). Our primary mission was to spy on the USSR and the Warsaw Pact and their sponsored countries (North Vietnam, North Korea, moslem Middle East nations, especially Syria, Egypt, and Yemen). What was reality — i.e., what we intercepted and decoded — was light years different from what the Soviets reported for public consumption. It was laughable.
