WHY did Biden give this speech, FLANKED BY U.S. MARINES?

I'll paraphrase the reason here:

'We're going to ARREST Trump and DON'T YOU MAGA FOLKS DARE REACT VIOLENTLY because OUR U.S. MILITARY WILL STOP YOU'

The purpose of this speech was the deep state getting ahead of public outrage and anger upon THEIR ARREST AND IMPRISONMENT OF TRUMP.

I've thought A LOT about this speech and WHY it was given. My only conclusion is that they are going to ARREST TRUMP.
