This is "do our bidding or we'll kill you." And that's exactly what the mini-Goebbels who wrote this speech intends.
If he had focused solely on respecting the results of elections, and resolving disputes through the courts, it would have been a far more limited attack. But when he mentioned that one of the hallmarks of the enemy is "eliminating the right to choose", he's opened that up into disagreements about policy, and not just arguing about elections. That's just incredible.
