After the Speech, Biden did that thing again where he holds his hand out where there is no one.

That has to be something medical, he continually does it.

I agree. Trump's only out might be is a negotiated surrender. He'll get a fine. Probation. In return, he'll never run for office again. If he refuses? The FBI will arrest him.
