Not really. The Court was mealy-mouthed and evasive about actually ruling on the constitutional rights of business owners and addressing the obvious crux of the issue. They just said that the Colorado “rights” commission was too mean to Jack Phillips. If they had been nicer with their fascism, they would have been in the clear.

Jack Phillips still can’t make custom wedding cakes for ANYONE because he won’t make one for two fags, thanks to the Supreme Court not doing their job.
