Yes I’m a federal employee and I have to take Hatch Act training frequently and I’m always relieved to find we actually have most of the same rights all Americans have. Including contacting our representatives. I just can’t host political fundraisers in my home (but I can attend them). Unfortunately I can’t be a precinct committeeman but I can be a poll worker/watcher.

NOTHING about the “Current Environment”, it is ALWAYS legal for federal employees to let Congress know of illegal activities.

2 years ago one of our younger relatives was promoted/transferred away from working under a real a$$hole.
He was given a quote free Apple phone for his use in his new job.
A sibling, a cousin and yours truly warned him not to use that phone for any discussions that could be used against him.
The sibling and the cousin bought him a low cost smartphone that no corporate overseer has any control over. The phones are used basically only to discuss work issues for the 3 of them.
They were to use them only off/out of/off their corporations’ properties to discuss what was happening to them jobwise with a friendly relative.
So they stopped using their corporate phones except for specific corporate actions/activities.
Fellow workers, who have used their free corporate phones, to complain or even discuss what was happening are for the most part are now gone in all 3 corporations.
These 3 have received at least one promotion and regular pay raises.
I don't know if we are helpless to stop it or senior Republicans who could stop it won't - because Trump might benefit.
As long as the American public is armed, we are not helpless.
Even w/o weapons, as long as we have God, we are not helpless.
