I saw it......it was indeed a reenactment. Were they supposed to let the South dress in loin cloth? These people make me sick!!

I don't see anyone else in historical garb in the photo. I see some people in what look like regular Army clothes and a few in civilian clothes. Now, maybe there was some sort of historical re-enactment at the time, but it isn't evident from the photo.
