No such challenge was ever made. As it happened, there were retreats in Eastern Ukraine, where currently Russia has had no progress since July 10th, whereas your side stated that Ukraine was losing massively every single day and would soon lose all of the Donbass, which has not happened.
Your "challenges" and promises of imminent Russian victory have all failed, over and over again.
