Only when they combine the results for 2021 and 2020, because there was essentially a 0% vaccinated rate in 2020.

Both Israel and England have 2022 data that show the vax and un-vax death rates precisely reflect the vax and un-vax percentage.

There is also substantial disagreement about Covid as the UCOD (Underlying Cause of Death). About 50% of Covid deaths involve pneumonia, but 100% of the death certificates designate Covid as the UCOD.

The exact opposite happens for influenza + pneumonia - at least 90% of the death certificates designate pneumonia as the UCOD.
